After our annual assessment we are delighted to retain our Lexcel Accreditation which is only awarded to firms who can satisfy the requirements of the Law Society in implementing the highest standard of internal management and client care.
Managing Partner, Alistair Pettersen says “We are very proud to have achieved this award for the fifth year running as it recognises the hard work and high standards everyone at Ward & Rider applies to the Practice. We have to undergo rigorous assessments on an annual basis to maintain the high standards required by Lexcel.”
The firm has also once again achieved and Investors in People Award with bronze status in recognition for the way it invests in their staff. Says HR Manager Lin Elshaw “This is great news and shows how much the firm values its staff. With the award’s new approach, we will now be striving to achieve silver status.”
