Helena Clayton is a Wills and Probate Solicitor based mainly at our firm’s Leamington Spa office. Helena joined the team in January 2022, having relocated from Leeds.

Helena completed her Law Degree at Newcastle University and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2020, having completed a training contract with her previous firm in Leeds.  Helena has also worked as a Legal Assistant in various departments since 2013.

Helena mainly handles Probates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship & Court of Protection and Wills.

Helena is an approachable person and enjoys meeting with clients, understanding their needs and circumstances and making the legal processes simple to understand and as stress-free as possible. Helena puts her clients first and deals with matters efficiently, resulting in positive feedback from clients.

Outside of work, Helena enjoys outdoor activities including walking, hiking, running and skiing holidays with friends. Helena has participated in various fundraising events, such as the Leeds Half Marathon and the Yorkshire Three Peaks hiking challenge. Helena also enjoys days out, travelling and sightseeing, to explore different places.
