WARD & RIDER SOLICITORS, WILLS & PROBATE, NOTTINGHAM

In the event of something happening to you, it is worthwhile to ensure that your matters are dealt with as you wish to ensure that your loved ones don’t have to stress over practical and financial matters at an already upsetting time. Our approach at Ward & Rider ensures that you are provided with the best advice relevant to your situation giving advice regarding tax implications and issues with your will.

POWERS OF ATTORNEY

It is important to consider the appointment of a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) when making your will. An LPA allows you to appoint someone that you trust. They will help you with your finances, health and welfare or both, depending on your circumstances.

We work with you to ensure that it is the right step for you to take, and any limitations that should be considered. Additionally, we help you decide who you should appoint as your LPA and deal with the paperwork accordingly.
