Sandra is based at our Leamington Spa office.  She has been a property lawyer for over 25 years and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2004.

Sandra’s experience covers sales and purchases of residential properties, both freehold and leasehold, and has extensive experience of purchasing new-build properties including those with Help to Buy funding.  Sandra also specialises in sales and purchases of shared-ownership properties.

Sandra prides herself in putting the client at the centre of every transaction and being professional, approachable and conscientious.

Outside of work Sandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends and gardening.
