Baljit Ruprah - Solicitor

Baljit Ruprah joined Ward & Rider in September 2004 and was promoted to Head of the Employment Department in July 2008.

Baljit gained an LLB Honours degree from the University of Leicester followed by Legal Practice Course at the University of Birmingham, and Professional Skills Course at the College of Law, Birmingham.

Baljit specialises in all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal and discrimination. Baljit is a fully trained and experienced advocate which allows him to conduct his own advocacy at tribunal.

Baljit is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, both Coventry & Warwickshire and Birmingham Law Societies and is also Chairman of the Warwickshire New Lawyers Group which offers advice and support to any local lawyers with less than 5 years PQE.

In his spare time Baljit loves to cook and enjoys travel.
