Award of £2,500 following accident at work

Ray Hudson dealt with a personal injury claim for Mr H from Birmingham on a no win no fee basis.

Mr H sustained injury during the course of his employment in a commercial centre when a ladder collapsed and hit him.

Mr H is a young man who suffered from severe headaches through concussion and had a minor head injury. He continued to have occasional headaches and discomfort to the side of his neck. He rested at home for two weeks. The left side of his face was initially swollen and bruised. He continued to have to have minor neck symptoms up until 18 months post accident.

Settlement was agreed in the sum of £2,500.00 to represent the personal injuries sustained by Mr H which included minor sums for travel expense, medication costs and domestic help provided to him.
